Requests for cancellation or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the conference Secretariat at info@humanitarianaidlib.com within (60) sixty days of registration. Cancellation requests received in writing within that period, are eligible for a refund of 50 percent of the paid registration fee. There will be no refund after that period. Though substitution within the same category is permitted, a refund may be processed after the conference.
