Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer

Requests for cancellation or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the conference Secretariat at info@humanitarianaidlib.com within (60) sixty days of registration.

Cancellation requests received in writing within that period, are eligible for a refund of 75 percent of the paid registration fee. There will be no refund after that period, and there will be no refund after visa application submission or visa denial. Though substitution within the same category is permitted, a refund may be processed after the conference, all international delegates that required VISA to enter Canada are asked to visit the IMMIGRATION REFUGEES and CITIZENSHIP CANADA (IRCC) website to apply for a visitor visa.

We are not responsible for any visa application process, it is the responsibility of all international delegates to arrange their visa application process, round trips air tickets and hotel accommodation, visa approval is at the discretion of the visa officer.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY VISA REFUSAL. BY APPLYING FOR LETTER OF INVITATION, YOU AGREED TO THE TERMS and CONDITIONS OF THIS CONFERENCE.

Your registration fee is valid for 24 calendar months (effective from the original date of payment), and could be used to attend any of our conferences during this period, if denied visa, a new letter of invitation will be issued upon request from the applicant with no cost.
