Requests for cancellation or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the conference Secretariat at info@humanitarianaidlib.com within (60) sixty days of registration.

Cancellation requests received in writing within that period, are eligible for a refund of 75 percent of the paid registration fee.There will be no refund after that period.

Once your visa application is submitted, the portion of the fees for visa service rendered is non-refundable. For details on refund policy, please refer to your professional service agreement or consult with your designated legal immigration representative.
